The Personalised Movement Performance Assessment is designed to provide educational movement and performance insights based on the information submitted through the assessment questionnaire.

The assessment is intended to help identify potential movement restrictions, compensation patterns and performance limitations.

The assessment and report do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation or personalised medical advice.

3. Not Medical Advice

The information provided within the assessment report is for informational and educational purposes only.

It should not be used as a substitute for:

• diagnosis
• treatment
• emergency care

If you are experiencing significant pain, injury, neurological symptoms or medical concerns, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

4. User Responsibility 

By using this service, you confirm that:

• you understand that movement and performance outcomes vary between individuals
• you remain responsible for your own exercise, training and healthcare decisions

Any exercises, suggestions or movement recommendations are undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

5. Accuracy of Information

The quality and relevance of the assessment output depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information submitted by the user.

The Body Group / Kelly Moore Osteopathy accepts no responsibility for inaccurate or incomplete information provided during the assessment process.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payment is required before access to the assessment and personalised report is provided.

Due to the personalised and digital nature of this service, refunds are not provided once a report has been generated and delivered. If you have not yet received your report, please contact us at hello@thebodygroup.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and we will be happy to assist.

7. Intellectual Property

All assessment content, reports, wording, graphics and materials remain the intellectual property of The Body Group / Kelly Moore Osteopathy.

Reports are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially reused without written permission.

8. Privacy & Data

Personal information submitted through the assessment is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Body Group / Kelly Moore Osteopathy shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential loss

• training or exercise outcomes

Use of this service is entirely at the user’s own risk.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.

10. Governing Law T

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
