Kelly Moore is an osteopath, movement specialist and Pilates instructor with over 17 years of clinical expertise helping children, young people and athletes move and perform better.
Her approach combines biomechanics, posture, movementand wellbeing tohelp support healthier developement in a modern screen-based world.
